Computer Aided Design and Biophysical Experiments Based Evaluation & Validation of Selective Kinase Inhibitors

Main Objectives of the Project

  • Structural and computational characterization of ligand reorganization mechanism of PKD/ VEGFR-2
  • Identification of potent PKD/ VEGFR-2 tyrosine kinase inhibitors through structure-ligand guided virtual screening and molecular dynamics simulation approach.
  • Selection of hits for biological testing -Virtually screened hits will be then evaluated for their inhibitory activities against PKD /VEGFR-2 tyrosine kinase,  Identification and characterization of enzyme inhibitors, Quantification of binding thermodynamics etc
